'Elevating women's lives' is exactly what coach Judy does. I have been working out with Judy for a year now and feel a lot stronger and fitter. Her passion and enthusiasm are infectious, motivating and make you feel immediately at home. Based on her years of experience, she ensures that every lesson is varied and challenging. Exercises are adapted to the fitness level of each woman so that you can exercise in a healthy way and get in at any time. Judy is a great coach because of her extensive professional knowledge and years of experience. The training sessions are never boring because her workouts are tailored to your personal needs and goals. Always varied and with sufficient challenge. Her enthusiasm is so contagious and motivates me to continue. Don't hesitate, but definitely do it because Judy is highly recommended!

Finally I found my ideal trainer. Someone who believes in me and gives me continued motivation. In the 1 on 1 sessions as in the group classes I feel super good and we have a lot of fun!

I was introduced to Judy by a friend. At the time she still accepted all genders. She coached me to adapt my diet and we worked out a program to get into shape. Two years later - the effects of diet & efforts are visible, and I have regained a certain pride over my physique.
If it wasn't for the continued coaching from Judy, I wouldn't be here. Spending so much time together, I've come to consider her as a friend, as well as a coach.

Judy is a _certified_ personal trainer. She emphasizes the importance of stretching before & after the training. If you have pain in a certain area, she is able to adapt the training schedule to avoid making a bad situation worse.

I have a weekly 1-on-1 program with Judy, and I participate twice a week in the group classes (circuit & tabata). The groups are always a mix of very nice & friendly people, of all ages. We have a lot of fun, and encoureage eachother to keep up the pace. Judy makes sure the music is adapted to the mood of the group.
Even in these group sessions that have a max of 8 participants, Judy is still able to make sure that every participant is executing the challenge properly.

I can safely say that making the decision to deal with my physique on a structural basis, has been one of the best decisions in my adult life, and Judy has been instrumental in guiding me thusfar.
