On The 5th Floor’s webshop, you can purchase and reserve lessons. Please note that the availability of lessons may vary, and the number of available slots may be limited.
2.2 Payment processing
The payment processing for purchases on our webshop is handled by Mollie. You can use various payment methods offered on our website.
3. Reservations
3.1 Cancellation of reservations
Reservations can be canceled free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled lesson. For cancellations made less than 24 hours before the lesson, the full reservation cost will be charged.
3.2 Advance reservations
You can reserve lessons up to a maximum of 30 days in advance. We recommend planning your lessons in advance to avoid disappointment.
4. Validity of lessons
Lessons purchased in packages remain valid for a period of 4 months from the date of purchase. After this period, any unused lessons will expire and cannot be redeemed.
